Work With us!
VISIE is developing 3D computer vision and spatial computing technology designed to help surgical systems see, understand, and respond to anatomy in real time.
We are working at the intersection of computer vision, robotics, medical devices, and surgical workflow — solving hard problems that have real-world impact in the operating room.
Why VISIE?
You Can:
- Work on technology that is genuinely advancing surgical visualization
- Collaborate with a passionate, mission-driven team at an exciting stage of growth
- Shape products from the ground up — your work will be visible, and your voice will matter
- Be part of a company where engineering excellence and human impact go hand in hand

What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and integrate electromechanical systems for medical devices
- Develop and troubleshoot digital circuitry, including PCB-level debugging and schematic review
- Support firmware integration and system-level debugging across hardware and software
- Produce production drawings and technical documentation for design verification and validation (DV&V)
- Design and run experiments; collect and analyze data to validate design decisions
- Build test protocols and validation plans in support of regulatory submissions
- Participate in design reviews, FMEA, and risk analysis
- Support prototype builds, system integration, and transition to manufacturing
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in electromechanical system design within a medical device environment
- Proficiency with PCB design tools such as Altium Designer or equivalent
- Comfort with standard lab equipment: oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters
- Ability to produce clear technical documentation and production drawings
- Strong problem-solving instincts and the ability to work fluidly across electrical and mechanical domains
Bonus Points For
- Experience with optical systems, optoelectronics, or machine vision
- Background in 3D vision systems or surgical navigation
- Robotics or automation experience
